2012——2013年第二学期小学一年级健康教育工作计划
教育要树立“健康第一”的思想。新形势下如何针对少年儿童成长的特点,加强学生的体育、卫生健康教育,培养学生强壮的体格、较强的活动能力、健康的生理和心理、勇敢顽强的毅力、艰苦奋斗和团结合作的精神,使他们更加适应现代社会的需要,是小学阶段的体育和健康教育迫切需要解决的新课题、新任务。因而本着科学、全面、可比、可行性原则,制定本计划。
一、指导思想
健康教育是学校系统教育的重要组成部分,培养学生的各种有益于自身、社会和全民族健康的行为和习惯,提高卫生科学知识水平,从而达到预防和减少儿童少年某些常见病和多发病,尽可能避免意外伤亡事故,增强体质,促进身心发育,为一生的健康奠定基础,
二、健康教育的任务:
1、 提高学生卫生知识水平;
2、 降低学校常见病的发病率;
3、 提高生长发育水平;
4、 促进儿童少年心理健康发展、预防心理卫生问题;
5、 改善学生对待个人公共卫生的态度;
6、 培养学生的自我保健能力。
三、健康教育的目的:
1、健康教育是以传授健康知识,培养卫生行为,改善环境为核心内容的教育,也是贯彻教育方针,实施九年义务教育教学计划的一个组成部分。
2、健康教育是培养学生德、智、体全面发展的重要措施之一,使受教育者具有自我保健的意识和能力。
3、一年级学生通过上述内容的学习:
(1)培养学生在饮食、学习、生活等方面的卫生习惯。
(2)懂得均衡的营养,对生长发育的影响和帮助。
(3)初步了解感冒、眼结膜炎、肠道寄生虫病等的传播途径及防治方法。
4、了解课外活动、体育锻炼对身体健康的作用,并且知道运动前、中、后的安全注意事项及保健常识。
四、健康教育的内容:
1、通过课堂内外的教育,向学生传授卫生科学知识,培养学生生活自理能力、个人清洁习惯,使他们自幼养成讲卫生、爱清洁、维护环境的良好品德。
2、 培养学生有规律的生活作息制度,养成早睡早起、定时定量进食,既不偏食、挑食、也不过量进食。懂得环境污染对人体的危害,自觉地保护环境,并懂得预防接种的好处,自觉接受预防接种
五、教学措施:
1、指导学生培养爱清洁、讲卫生,不偏食、挑食、不过多吃零食的好习惯。
2、引导学生用自己学到的知识为钥匙,从自己身边的小事上,从日常生活中去发现不利健康的问题和隐患,加以克服和解决。
3、启发学生在学好书本知识的基础上,透过已知,发挥联想,积极探索未知世界,特别是探索微生物世界奥秘的热情。

Second, health education tasks:

6 students of self-care ability.
Third, the purpose of health education:
1, the health education in teaching health knowledge, to train health behavior, improve the environment for the education of the core content, but also to implement the education policy, the implementation of a part of the nine-year compulsory education plan.
Health education to develop students' moral, intellectual, and physical development of one of the important measures, the educated have the awareness and ability of self-care.
3, first-year students through the learning:
(1) students in the diet, learning, life, health habits.
(2) had knowledge of balanced nutrition, growth and development, and help.

Fourth, the health education content:

Teaching measures:
